Tonight is our first swim meet. It is an AWAY meet in Whitehall. Here are some reminders regarding tonight's meet.

1. Arrival: Please arrive at 5:15 for attendance. Our warm up is at 5:30, and swimmers need to be checked in, set up, in their suit and cap, and ready to get into the pool at that point.

2. What to bring: It is always helpful to bring 2-3 towels and a sweatshirt / sweatpants for chilly nights. Most swimmers lay a towel down on the ground to sit on, but some prefer a folding chair. Don't forget your suit, cap, and goggles. If you have a black sharpie marker, bring that, too, to write event numbers on your hand or arm. Some swimmers like to bring a deck of cards, UNO game, bracelet making, etc. for between events. Parents typically bring folding chairs to sit on to watch the meets. There will likely be a snack stand if you want to bring cash to purchase food at the meet. 

3. Suits and Caps: If you ordered a suit and did not pick it up last night, we will have it at the meet for you tonight. We will also have a few caps to purchase for 12 dollars if your swimmer wants or needs one.

4. Volunteers: Thank you to all volunteers for helping out at this meet! All volunteer positions have been claimed. We could not do this without you! 

5. Seating: Please look for our coaches tonight when you arrive, and plan to have all swimmers sit together for the meet. Parents typically sit nearby, but in a place where they can see the pool / events.
